Why I ditched my coffee and switched to Pu-erh Tea!



So we’ve all had those days when we look forward to that hot cup of coffee to get us going in the morning. We feel that buzz as the adrenal glands release adrenaline, producing that temporary energy high, but eventually we get that crash.
