There us nothing quite as relaxing as a good foot soak. With this bentonite clay foot detox recipe, you will not only get the relaxation benefits of a good soak, you will also get the added benefit of detoxing your tired feet. This is definitely a "me time" must!
1/2 Cup of Epsom Salts
6 Quarts of Very Hot Water
2 TBLSP Bentonite Clay
1 TBLSP Apple Cider Vinegar
A Basin to Soak Feet
Dissolve the epsom salt in really hot, almost boiling water in a basin or foot tub. Set aside.
Mix the bentonite clay and the apple cider vinegar in a glass or plastic bowl (not metal) to create a paste. Add water if needed to make smooth.
Coat feet with mixture, and let sit for 10 minutes until it dries. You will feel a pulsating. It is the detox working.
Then place your feet in the hot water and epsom salts mix, and let soak for 15 minutes. The clay will slowly dissolve and fall off. Pat dry.
