5 Refreshing, Healthy Summer Mocktails

As it heats up outside, we're all looking for ways to cool off. Summer drinks often involve using sticky fruit juices loaded with sugar and alcohol; but we've found 5 simple, refreshing, non-alcoholic recipes to keep you cool by the pool or at the beach all summer long!

1) Coconut Watermelon Mocktail


  • 1 can chilled coconut flavored sparkling water

  • 1/2 cup organic watermelon juice (or fresh-pressed watermelon)

  • 1/2 lime (freshly squeeze the juice)

  • slice of lime and watermelon for garnish (optional)


Combine all ingredients in a glass and enjoy!

2) Sparkling "No"-jito


  • 10-12 mint sprigs

  • 1 lime

  • 1 TBSP stevia sweetener

  • 12 oz plain or lime flavored sparkling water

  • Lemon and lime slices (optional)


Muddle mint in cocktail shaker with fresh-squeezed lime juice, sweetener, and ice.

Pour into tall glasses over ice and add sparkling water!

3) Blackberry Lime Agua Fresca


  • 1 pint organic blackberries

  • 1/2 lime (freshly squeeze the juice)

  • 16 oz plain sparkling water

  • 1 TBSP stevia sweetener


Combine all ingredients in a pitcher over ice and serve with mint garnish!

4) Pomegranate "Sparklers"


  • 1 cup pomegranate juice

  • 1 lemon

  • 32 oz sparkling water


Cut the lemon in half and set one half aside. Juice the remaining half of the lemon.

Combine pomegranate juice, sparkling water, and lemon juice in large pitcher over ice. Slice remaining lemon to garnish your glasses. Serve immediately.

5) Strawberry Lemon Fizz


  • 12 oz lemon sparkling water

  • 1 TBSP mashed strawberries

  • 2 TBSP sliced strawberries

  • 1/2 cup crushed ice

  • Stevia sweetener to taste (optional)


Combine all ingredients in a glass. Add stevia to taste and enjoy!
