Instant Pot PB&J Oatmeal

Oatmeal is a good source of both soluble and insoluble fiber which can lower blood glucose, lower cholesterol levels, and it can reduce the risk of heart disease. This recipe adds a little twist by adding the delicious combo of organic peanut butter and jelly! This is a great recipe to make when you are getting ready in the morning because it is quick and easy. It is dairy-free and gluten-free too!

Ingredients:
1 cup organic gluten-free oats
1 1/4 cup water
1 1/2 TBSP organic peanut butter (can substitute almond or cashew butter)
1 TBSP organic strawberry or raspberry jelly (can substitute with organic honey)
1/8 tsp himalayan salt
1/4 cup coconut milk
Directions:
Add oatmeal, water, and himalayan salt to the instant pot and stir. Put the lid on and and close the seal. Press "porridge" button and select 7 minutes. Once the timer beeps, let the oatmeal sit for 3 minute before releasing the pressure valve. Stir in peanut butter, jelly and coconut milk and serve!
