Ingredients:
6 oz. wild-caught salmon
1 1/2 cups organic arugula
1 gala apple, cored and diced
1 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
pinch of sea salt
pinch of black pepper
Directions:
Add arugula and diced apples into to a large salad bowl.
Drain the salmon and add to the bowl.
Drizzle the salad with olive oil and lemon juice and toss to evenly combine.
Sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper before serving.
