When it comes to gluten-free bread, the options in the grocery store are pretty bad (both taste and ingredients). Many gluten-free breads contain GMO corn, rice and other inflammatory ingredients as well. Fresh bread always tastes best and I found a mix that has super clean ingredients that is easy to make! I jazzed it up a bit with everything bagel seasoning and garlic powder for a yummy twist.
1 package Simple Mills artisean bread almond flour baking mix
2 organic pasture-raised eggs
1/2 cup water
2 TBSP olive oil
3 TBSP apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Everything bagel seasoning
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease a muffin pan with olive oil. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk the eggs, water, and olive oil together. Add in baking mix and garlic powder. Stir well to combine. Add in apple cider vinegar and mix well. Spoon the mixture into the muffin pan, filling halfway. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top and bake for 25 minutes.
