Updated: Jul 5, 2020

(Did you know that one margarita contains over 700 calories and a pina colada contains 32 grams of sugar?!) Instead of downing these high-calorie, sugary drinks, try out these 4 simple, healthy and refreshing, non-alcoholic recipes to keep you cool by the pool or at the beach all summer long!

These recipes are perfect to make when hosting an outdoor party or barbeque. They are also a fun, fancy-looking drink that kids can enjoy without all the added sugar! (If you want to splurge, are over 21, and responsible - add an ounce of organic vodka for a low-calorie adult beverage.)
