Healthy "Chick-Fil-A" Airfryer Chicken Bites

Updated: Aug 3

Do you have a fast food guilty pleasure? (Don't feel bad, we all have these cravings sometimes.) You don't have to completely give up your favorite cheat foods, just find the healthy version. This Chick-Fil-A dupe will help with your fast food craving so much that you won't even want the unhealthy version! I always recommend using a ceramic or stainless steel airfryer because most airfryers will infuse your food with "forever chemicals" that are dangerous to your health.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb pasture-raised chicken tenderloins, cut in thirds

  • 1/2 cup organic pickle juice

  • 1/2 tsp Redmond Real Salt

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

  • Primal Kitchen avocado oil spray

Chicken dipping sauce (optional):

  • 1 TBSP Primal Kitchen Buffalo Sauce

  • 1/8 cup Primal Kitchen Ranch Dressing

Directions:

  • Marinate the chicken in pickle juice and refrigerate for 1-24 hours.

  • Toss the chicken in the salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and smoked paprika.

  • Preheat the airfryer to 370 degrees and spray with avocado oil.

  • Place chicken in airfryer and spray with avocado oil. Airfry for 12 minutes, shaking halfway through.

  • Serve and dip!
