Mediterranean Turkey Rollups

Are you missing sandwiches since you've gone gluten-free? This recipe won't even make you think about missing bread. If you are looking for a quick, easy, and healthy lunch, try these mediterranean turkey rollups! You can prepare them the night before so you can just grab and go. These are perfect for school lunches too.


  • organic turkey slices

  • sliced cucumber

  • banana peppers

  • roasted red pepper slices

  • kalamata olives

  • organic hummus

  • organic feta cheese or Violife dairy-free vegan feta

  • oregano


  • Take 2 slices of turkey and spread a layer of hummus on top.

  • From top to bottom, add kalamata olives, sliced cucumber, roasted red peppers, banana peppers, and feta.

  • Sprinkle with oregano, roll up and chow down!
