The Perfect Homemade Guacamole

Looking for a healthy, organic alternative to your favorite fast-food chain's guacamole? Try this guacamole recipe at your next backyard BBQ!

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe avocados

  • 1 tomato

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

  • Juice of 2-3 limes

  • Handful fresh cilantro

  • Himalayan salt

Directions:

  1. Cut avocado and remove the seed. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon and place in bowl.

  2. Roughly mash avocado with a fork.

  3. Chop tomato. Stir in with mashed avocado.

  4. Add salt, lime juice, chopped cilantro, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.

  5. Garnish with leftover fresh cilantro, lime slices, or chopped tomato if desired.

  6. Enjoy!
